			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<br/><p>In order to continue the  work on our joint Fair Trade Project, 4th and 5th graders from Colegio Sagrado Corazón – México went back to visit El Herrero in Querétaro, Mexico.</p>

<p>They brought four new sewing machines donated by Sacred Heart Primary School at Newcastle where Mr Kevin Foster, Headteacher has been the leader of this effort during these two years of work, as well as more than one hundred books, out of a lot donated by Editorial Planeta, a Mexican publishing house.</p>

<p>Last February 20 Preschool celebrated the “English Day”. The theme was Sustainable Education with the slogan “Let’s save the World”. Each presentation gave advice on how to take care of our planet: respecting and caring for the <img class="alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-203" src="http://www.papalotzin-csc.com.mx/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/01/Lets-save-the-world1-150x150.jpg" alt="Let's save the world" width="150" height="150" />animals, plants and ourselves. This event was the climax of several aspects worked during the whole month in different didactic situations. The parents could witness the great work their children did and appreciate the results with the exhibition of products and the pictures of their children working. This event also showed the progress of the students in the acquisition of English. Children’s comments:</p>

<p>Las manos que aparecen en el  logo de este año representan las manos de Jesús que nos han recibido aqui, que se abren para enseñarnos a tender las nuestras a otras personas con necesidades diferentes:</p>

<p>         <em>Manos que se abren porque quieren ser en nuestro México expresión de los sentimientos del Corazón de Jesús.</em></p>

<p>Estamos aqui porque hubo mujeres con grandes sueños que deseaban dar a conocer el amor del Corazón de Jesús en México.  Everyone contributed with great insight and ideas easily flowed within a family atmosphere.
